RENTAL INFORMATION (subject to change without notice)

Reservation Process & Requirements

All rates are reflected in US Dollars. The Nightly Rental Rate includes:

• Standard Transfer Shuttle Service where available; excluding Ferndale/Bellingham
  (restrictions apply)
• Vehicle Incident Protection (VIP) with $700 Damage Deductible per Occurrence.
  (conditions and exclusions apply)
• Primary Liability Coverage up to the required financial responsibility limits
  (conditions and exclusions apply)
• Full tank of Propane: The Water Heater; Range (Stove) & Oven; Space Heater and the LPG Setting on the Refrigerator & Freezer run on LPG (Liquid Propane Gas). Liquid Propane Gas is sold at gas stations and many RV parks.
• Prepared Tank with toilet chemicals as well as Dumping and filling hoses

THERE ARE NO MILES INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RENTAL RATE.

2006 Mileage options available at the counter:

• The All-Inclusive Package @ $70 per rental night (min. cost = $980)
  (includes all miles, all kits and generator usage)
• 500 Miles Packages @ $145
• Additional Miles @ $0.32 each

Taxes

• Taxes are due on all charges and vary depending on the pick up Location

Payments, Changes and Cancellations:

• The rental rate is determined by unit type, rental location and the dates of travel. Prevailing rate will apply for any changes to the original reservation.
• No refund is given for late pick up, early return, or unused pre-paid miles.
• If reservation is booked through a Travel Agent or Tour Operator, NO refund is given by El Monte RV if clients choose to cancel their trip.
• Rental charges may be paid by Master Card/Eurocard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, Cash or Travelers Checks.

• Salt Lake City (SLC) is closed on Sundays all year and also on 24 July (Pioneer day).
• Ferndale/Bellingham (YVR) is closed on Sundays all year.
• Ferndale/Bellingham (YVR) is closed on Saturdays October through March.
• Ferndale/Bellingham (YVR) will be closed every day from the last full week of January through the first full week of February.
• All stations are closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve
