RENTAL INFORMATION (subject to change without notice)

On the Day of Scheduled Pick-up

Same Day Flight Arrival:

• Clients may only collect the motorhome on the same day that their flight arrives if . . .
1. They call the rental office after arrival to arrange a vehicle pick-up time.
2. They arrive at our rental station no less than 1 hour before station’s official closing time.
3. Clients provide their own transportation at their own expense. El Monte RV does not offer transfer service for same day flight arrival.
• Please remember to take potential flight delays, customs, baggage claim and traffic into account before deciding to collect the motorhome on the same day that the flight arrives. Whether the flight is domestic or international, the rules regarding Same Day Flight Arrival are the same.

Standard Program

• Standard Transfer Shuttle Service
• To use the transfer shuttle service, clients must call 1-800-367-6507 by 09:30 hours on the morning of scheduled pick-up to arrange a transfer time.
• The shuttle meets clients at designated hotels between 10:00 - 14:00 hours. Designated Transfer Hotel List is available upon request from the International Reservations Department.
• Vancouver Transfer Shuttle Service - $60 Surcharge
• We no longer provide Transfer Shuttle Service for any hotels or airports in the Seattle area. Clients in the Seattle area are required to provided their own transportation at their own expense.
• Transfer Shuttle Service not offered at the Denver (DEN), Albuquerque (ABQ), Miami (MIA) and Salt Lake City (SLC).
• Standard Motorhome Pick-up Time is after 13:00 hours based on vehicle readiness
• There is no refund if client picks up later than the scheduled date of departure.

Priority AM Departure (P.A.D.) Program:

• Not offered at the Ferndale/Bellingham (YVR), Dallas (DFW), Denver (DEN), Albuquerque (ABQ), Salt Lake City (SLC), Miami (MIA) Offices
• P.A.D. transfer hotel information must be received by El Monte RV no less than 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date. Designated Transfer Hotel List is available upon request from the International Reservations Department.
• The shuttle comes to designated P.A.D. hotels between 7:15 am - 8:00 am
• Clients should call 1-800-337-2199 for recorded detailed instructions after arrival at the hotel and must be at the designated point mentioned to meet the shuttle.
• Priority AM Departure Motorhome (PAD) Pick-up Time is 08:00-11:00hours - $75 Surcharge
• There is no refund if client picks up later than the booked day of departure.

Self Transfer: Clients providing their own transportation at their own expense . . .

• Must call the rental office on the morning of scheduled pick-up to arrange a vehicle pick-up time and be at the station no less than 1 hour before station's official closing time.
• Should come to the station between 08:00 - 10:00 hours if participating in the P.A.D. Program.
